MATC Five Star Food & Wine Evening April 19
The event features eight themed food stations plus specialty desserts, paired with wine and craft beer.
Cuisine prepared by Milwaukee Area Technical College culinary arts, and baking and pastry arts students highlights MATC’s annual Five Star Food & Wine Evening, set for Thursday, April 19, from 5:30-8:30 p.m. on the sixth floor of the Main Building at MATC’s Downtown Milwaukee Campus, 1015 N. 6th St.
The event features eight themed food stations plus specialty desserts, paired with wine and craft beer. See the full menu at http://fivestar.matc.edu/menu.html. Chocolate showpieces made by baking and pastry arts students will be on display and auctioned. In addition, there will be a silent auction of gift baskets and donated items and a raffle.
Buy tickets in advance for $55 or at the door for $65. Proceeds from the event will be used for scholarships and continuing education opportunities for MATC students and faculty in culinary arts, baking and pastry arts, hotel/hospitality, and meeting and event management programs.
