License revoked for Milwaukee motor vehicle dealer
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) revoked the motor vehicle dealer license for BLRS LLC, 6310 N. Sherman Blvd, Milwaukee, for failing to properly follow statutory and administrative requirements. The order determined that BLRS violated state law when the business committed motor vehicle theft by fraud, misrepresented the sale of motor vehicles, failed to transfer titles within seven business days, failed to deliver title applications to the department, and failed to make records available to the department.
Due to the nature of the violations, the department took immediate action revoking the license effective Aug. 25, 2025. The decision to revoke the license was upheld by a WisDOT hearing on Sept. 19, 2025. Dealers are given 30 days to appeal a revocation and BLRS did not appeal, making the decision final.WisDOT’s Dealer and Agent Section licenses, regulates and resolves disputes about dealership sales and warranty repairs. It also investigates complaints about odometer tampering and title fraud involving dealerships and private sellers.
