Milwaukee – County Supervisor Deanna Alexander is strongly questioning Peggy Romo West’s ability to be effective as Vice Chairwoman of the County Board. Alexander made the following statement:
“I believe Supervisor Romo West has a good intentions. However, in her efforts to support her friend and our Chairwoman, Marina Dimitrijevic, she has done the board a disservice; partly in actions I can not publicly divulge due to being related to a closed session meeting.
“Worthy and effective leaders understand the importance of building others up and I feel that Supervisor Romo West has only worked to tear many others down. I sincerely hope that she will heed this public warning and hold herself to a standard befitting her title.”
