Jonathan Brostoff Earns Endorsement of Assistant Assembly Democratic Leader Sandy Pasch
Endorsement for State Assembly reflects astounding community support for Brostoff as race nears final stretch
MILWAUKEE – Today, Jonathan Brostoff – Democratic candidate for Wisconsin’s 19th State Assembly District – announced that Assistant Assembly Democratic Leader Sandy Pasch (D – Shorewood) has endorsed his campaign to represent Milwaukee’s communities and shared values in the Wisconsin State Assembly.
“Milwaukee needs Jonathan’s fresh, effective, and proven leadership in working directly our communities on everyday needs and services,” noted Pasch in her endorsement. “I have known Jonathan throughout my entire career in serving Milwaukee’s communities, and I know first hand that he is the right candidate for the job.”
“As a nurse and Milwaukee’s currently highest-ranking Assembly elected leader, I know that social service experience complements a bright, informed perspective in effective policy making,” followed Pasch. “Jonathan’s work in our city’s homeless shelters and with veterans at Dryhootch gives him the background and experience necessary to make him a thoughtful and effective public servant.”
Brostoff released the following statement in response to Rep. Pasch’s endorsement:

Jonathan Brostoff is the District Director for Senate Democratic Leader Chris Larson (D-Milwaukee) and is currently on a leave of absence to run for State Assembly in District 19. A longtime resident and community leader in the District, Brostoff is dedicated to bringing effective, progressive leadership to the state legislature. The primary election is August 12th.
