Join the 4-1-Force – The Entertainment Squad for the Milwaukee Brewers

MILWAUKEE – Are you often the life of the party? Do you bring positive energy to the room? Are you passionate about the Milwaukee Brewers? If so, don’t miss the opportunity to join the 4-1-Force and Brew Crew entertainment squad for the Milwaukee Brewers 2024 season.

4-1-FORCE
The 4-1-Force is made up of entertainers who bring energy, excitement and team spirit to all Brewers home games. They are seen on the dugout throwing t-shirts, leading in-game promotions and interacting with Brewers fans throughout the ballpark. Energetic individuals with a passion for performing in front of crowds are encouraged to apply. While dance or cheer experience isn’t required, it is a plus.

Applicants are required to attend a first-round call on Wednesday, Jan. 10 and an audition at American Family Field on Jan. 15 or 16. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, live in the Milwaukee area year-round and commit to working a minimum of 75 percent of all home games and entertainment events outside the stadium during the 2024 season. BREW CREW
An integral part of the fan experience, the Brew Crew creates fun and memorable experiences for Brewers fans.

Duties include staffing interactive areas throughout the ballpark, assisting with promotions between innings, representing the Crew as the Famous Racing Sausages^® on game days and non-game days, and, of course, interacting with Brewers fans.

Candidates must be available for an audition at American Family Field on Thursday, Feb. 1 or Saturday, Feb. 3. Auditions include, but are not limited to, game-day tasks such as being a Famous Racing Sausage, waving large flags, and entertaining on the dugout. Please note that applicants must be at least 16 years of age, live in the Milwaukee area year-round and have reliable transportation in order to be considered for a spot on the Brew Crew. Candidates must also be able to commit to a minimum of 30 Brewers home games during the 2024 regular season.
