Johnson Skips Votes, Refusing to Do Job He Was Elected to Do
MADISON, Wis. – Reports from Washington today indicate that instead of doing the job Wisconsinites elected him to do, Ron Johnson is skipping work to start his holiday break early.
“Ron Johnson continues to refuse to do the job he was elected to do, only bothering to show up when it fits his self-serving agenda,” said Democratic Party of Wisconsin Senate Communications Advisor Philip Shulman.We know that Ron Johnson will show up when it suits him: just this week, Johnson used an official tele-town hall to brag about pushing for changes to the Trump tax bill that benefitted himself and his biggest donors, work that kept him in Washington until December 20 in 2017.
