Milwaukee, WI – February 20, 2024 – Houseworks Collective, a leading local real estate firm affiliated with Compass, is excited to announce the relocation of its headquarters to the vibrant Walker’s Point neighborhood. Founder Charlie Hutchinson, who acquired the building at 161 S 1st Street in July 2023, envisions this move as a strategic step in the firm’s growth and commitment to serving the Greater Milwaukee community.

Key Details:
– Location: 161 S 1st Street, Walker’s Point, Milwaukee.
– Founder: Charlie Hutchinson
– Purchase Date: July 2023
– Buildout Phase: Underway, with plans to move agents and staff in Spring 2024

Houseworks Collective, currently comprising 20 agents and 6 staff, has set ambitious goals for 2024, aiming to expand its team to 50 agents. Specializing in residential real estate sales and investments, the firm has built a strong reputation for its commitment to excellence, client satisfaction, and real estate education.

The new headquarters will also house Hutchinson’s commercial firm, Proper., which focuses on commercial real estate with a specialization in distressed office and retail. Both Houseworks Collective and Proper. will utilize the space to attract clients and recruit top-tier agents.

As part of the expansion, Hutchinson is thrilled to introduce a new venture, “Good Work” – a coworking space located on the 3rd floor of the 161 building. Good Work will feature 10 private offices capable of accommodating 2-5 members each. The monthly pricing for the offices ranges from $800 to $1,300, offering a flexible and collaborative work environment. The offices are great for start-up companies, WFH employees who need a space for themselves, or companies who are ‘right-sizing’ for their current employee pool. Hutchinson plans to open access to Good Work in Spring 2024, providing an innovative space for professionals and start-ups alike.

Hutchinson expressed his enthusiasm about the move, stating, “This relocation signifies our commitment to Milwaukee and our vision for growth. We believe that the Walker’s Point neighborhood is the perfect setting for our expanded headquarters and the introduction of GoodWork.”

Houseworks Collective invites the Milwaukee community to stay tuned for further updates as they embark on this exciting chapter of expansion and innovation.
