Gov. Evers Appoints Angela Hoven as Pierce County Register of Deeds
MADISON — Gov. Tony Evers today announced his appointment of Angela Hoven to serve as Pierce County Register of Deeds. The appointment fills a vacancy created by the resignation of Julie Hines, effective May 3, 2024. Hoven will serve for the remainder of the unexpired term that ends on Jan. 5, 2025.
“Angela Hoven’s experience maintaining important land and real estate records will allow her to continue and expand upon the efficient work of the Pierce County Register of Deeds’ Office,” said Gov. Evers. “I am confident that she will serve the people of Pierce County well in this role.”
[inarticled]Hoven has been a resident of Pierce County for over eight years. She currently serves as a real property lister for Pierce County.
“I am extremely honored to accept the appointment of the Pierce County Register of Deeds by Gov. Evers,” said Hoven. “I look forward to using my knowledge and experience gained as the Pierce County real property lister to serve Pierce County’s residents. I will continue to run the office with the same exceptional customer service that has been provided in the past, with a staff that has wonderful longevity and experience. I would like to thank my family, friends, and colleagues that have encouraged me to start this new journey.”
