Get Rid of Nasty Household Chemicals Friday & Saturday at State Fair Park

(Milwaukee, WI) – You can stay inside your warm car while dropping off household chemicals this Friday and Saturday at State Fair Park.  It’s free to visit MMSD Home Hazmat collection sites where you can properly dispose compact fluorescent light bulbs, motor oil, rechargeable batteries, and much more.

The first mobile collection of 2016 takes place at State Fair Park, gate 8, just off South 76th. Street from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on April 8 and from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on April 9.

There are also three facilities are open all year in Milwaukee, Franklin, and Menomonee Falls.
