JVL Ventures Real Estate I LLC purchased the 23,220 SF BMO Harris Bank office property at 1441 N Taylor Drive in Sheboygan for $2,600,000.  Bob Flood and Andy Hess represented the Seller, BL-Branch Group One LLC.

Retail

Jon Thoresen and Matthew Beadle represented Wallace Enterprises, Inc. in the purchase of the 77,465 SF former Pick ‘N’ Save at 10202 W. Silver Spring Drive in Milwaukee.

Matthew Beadle and Derek Pranke represented Pleasant Holdings, LLC in leasing 3,098 SF to Lambeau Tobacco at 7115 Durand Ave., Mount Pleasant.  Jay Blom represented the tenant in this transaction.

Jon Thoresen and Jay Blom represented Elite Hearing Centers of America in leasing 1,219 SF at 1370 Pabst Farms Circle, Oconomowoc.

Ross Koepsel and Nick Tice represented Dollar Tree in leasing 8,775 SF at Main Centre (2024 S. Stoughton Rd.), Madison.  Jon Thoresen and Matthew Beadle represented the Landlord in this transaction.

Matthew Beadle and Tom Bruss represented CHIFest Properties Janesville II, LLC in leasing 2,355 SF to Spectrum at 3330 Milton Ave., Janesville.

Tom Treder and Derek Pranke represented Alexco, LLP in leasing 1,500 SF to Cosy Feet Spa at 347 N. Casaloma Dr., Appleton.

Jay Blom and Kyle Skarr represented TRL Kenosha LLC in leasing 1,120 SF to Modern Cuts at 2304 18th St., Kenosha.

Ross Koepsel and Garrett Warner represented ABS I LLC in selling the 35,800 SF building at 200 Commerce Dr., Columbus.

Tom Treder and Derek Pranke represented Pranke Holding LLC in leasing 1,568 SF to Smoothie King at 1890 Meadow Lane, Waukesha.

Hakan Hare represented 3300, LLC in purchasing the property at 7630 W. Good Hope Rd., Milwaukee.

Ross Koepsel and Matthew Beadle represented IREIT Pleasant Prairie Ridge LLC in leasing 8,370 SF at Shoppes at Prairie Ridge (9755 76th St.), Pleasant Prairie. Ross Koepsel and Nick Tice represented the tenant in this transaction.

Ross Koepsel and Matthew Beadle represented Lake Geneva Retail DST in leasing 4,500 SF to D’Aprile Properties at Geneva Commons (652 N. Edwards Blvd.), Lake Geneva.

Tom Treder and Matthew Beadle represented Tropical Smoothie Café (Danijela Milic) in leasing 1,683 SF at Maplenut Shopping Center (1463 Capital Dr.), Pewaukee.

Tom Treder and Derek Pranke represented Qdoba in leasing 2,400 SF at 2485 Lineville Rd., Howard.

Ross Koepsel and Derek Pranke represented UMOS, Inc. in selling the 7,116 SF building at 802-804 W. Historic Mitchell St., Milwaukee.
