Founders 3 Names New Principal of Retail Division

Founders 3 Real Estate Services (F3) is pleased to announce the promotion of Matt Beadle as the newest principal of the retail division. Matt has been with the firm since 2013, specializing in landlord and tenant representation and investment sales.

Matt brings a wide array of knowledge and expertise to the retail real estate market and the F3 team. His leadership and commitment to his clients and company are unparalleled. In his elevated role, he will assist the rest of the brokers and staff to continue to build and improve business operations and client relationships.

Matt currently serves as the Midwest chair for the Retail Brokers Network (RBN), a national organization specializing in all aspects of retail real estate brokerage. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance.
