Hunter Roers Milwaukee LLC purchased the vacant land located at 1333-1339 N Milwaukee Street for $950,000. Scott Revolinski represented the Seller, LCM Funds 41 MKE-BROADWAY LLC.

LCM Funds 43 High Bay LLC purchased the 261,560 SF distribution facility at 130 & 200 W Capitol Drive for $5,820,000 from BWP Holdings LLC.  Scott Revolinski represented the Buyer.

Prairie Side Holdings LLC purchased 6300 Washington Avenue in Mount Pleasant, WI for $480,000. Jenna Maguire and Hakan Hare represented the Seller.

The M Spa leased 2,660 SF at 188 S 2^nd Street in Milwaukee’s Walker’s Point neighborhood. Scott Revolinski and Patti Stevens represented the Landlord, LCM Funds 26 Prime LLC.

Employee Benefits Network leased 3,788 SF at 833 E Michigan Street in Milwaukee. Ned Purtell represented the Tenant.

Mike Martz (d/b/a Farmers Insurance) has leased 1,125 SF at W226 N665 Eastmound Drive in Pewaukee, WI. Jenna Maguire represented the Tenant.
