DNR Magazine Highlights Wisconsin’s Only Urban State Forest
MADISON, Wis. – The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources today announced that the fall issue of Wisconsin Natural Resources magazine is now available, packed with interesting stories and helpful information to make the most of autumn in Wisconsin.
The cover story highlights Milwaukee’s Havenwoods State Forest, Wisconsin’s only urban state forest. This beautiful gem includes 237 sprawling acres and 8 miles of trails, offering a serene escape from fast-paced city life.
