Diamond Discs International Hosts Grand Opening Reception of New Headquarters

Guests of the DDI Reception will enjoy a tour of the global headquarters and a featured showcase from Briggs & Stratton.

MILWAUKEE (May 25, 2018) – Diamond Discs International will host the grand opening of its new global headquarters, located at 9300 W. Heather Ave., in Milwaukee on Thursday, May 31 from 5 to 7 p.m. There will be a short program beginning at 5:45 p.m.

The Diamond Discs grand opening will include remarks from Ugo Nwagbaraocha, president of Diamond Discs International; Gale E. Klappa, chairman, president, and CEO of Wisconsin Energy Corporation; Alex Lasry, sr. VP of the Milwaukee Bucks; Dennis Klumb, Jr. president and CEO of KS Energy Services; Herb Miller, sr. mgr. of suppler diversity & business development; and David Frank, VP of global commercial sales-engines at Briggs & Stratton Corporation.

This event celebrates Diamond Discs International’s expansion and investment in the local community. Diamond Discs demonstrated growth and expansion has led to the firm’s capacity for consideration as a prime supplier of construction tools and equipment to major construction projects, both locally and nationally. The new state of the art facility provides workforce training technology, expanded warehouse and light assembly logistics. Diamond Discs plans to create 20 -30 new local employment opportunities in the upcoming two to three years.

Guests of the DDI Reception will enjoy a tour of the global headquarters and a featured showcase from Briggs & Stratton. Guests will groove to the smooth sounds of live jazz music by Professor Pinkerton. Great food will be accompanied with the opportunity to win a raffle for a one-week rental of the new Jaguar XJL, courtesy of Fields Land Rover Waukesha.
