Due to multiple violations, the Wisconsin Department of Transportation Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) revoked the motor vehicle retail dealer license of D & F Auto Group, 5730 West Lincoln Avenue, West Allis.

An investigation into the business activities of D & F Auto Group showed the dealer engaged in odometer and title fraud, and other fraudulent activities. The license holder, Florencio Mondragon Velarde Cruse and Sherrilyn Harris-Simmons, and buyers associated with D & F Auto Group are no longer licensed to bid on and purchase vehicles at Wisconsin wholesale motor vehicle auctions or dealerships.

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation’s Dealer and Agent Section licenses, regulates and resolves disputes about dealership sales and warranty repairs as well as educates the motor vehicle industry and public. It also investigates complaints about odometer tampering involving dealerships and private sellers.
