Planet Fitness  purchased  3.51 acres at 1440 E. Main Street, Waukesha, WI. Mid-America Real Estate – Wisconsin represented the Seller and Buyer with the transaction.

Cubanitas leased  3003 SF at The Corners, 20111 W. Bluemound Rd., Brookfield, WI. Teresa Shemitis and Dan Rosenfeld represented the Landlord with the transaction.

Discount Tire Co. purchased  1.30 acres at 831 N. Washburn Street, Oshkosh, WI. Tony Colvin  represented the Buyer with the transaction.

Mortgage Services III leased 2940 SF at Wessex Centre, N64 W24678 Main Street, Sussex, WI.  Scott Satula and David Baker represented the Landlord with the transaction.
