MILWAUKEE (January 20, 2026) – Cousins Subs® is helping fans celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with the return of a classic favorite. The Reuben sub, grilled to order with corned beef, Wisconsin Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and Thousand Island dressing on rye bread, is back for $10.99 for a 7 ½-inch sub.

Fans can also enjoy a Mint Shake, a refreshing complement to the Reuben, priced at $3.49 for a small and $4.49 for a regular.

The Reuben is available at participating Cousins Subs locations through March 22, 2026, while supplies last.
