MILWAUKEE – Citizen Action of Wisconsin, WFNHP, MTEA, and WEAC all stand in support of Representative LaTonya Johnson’s (D-Milwaukee) candidacy for Wisconsin’s 6th Senate District.

“I am honored to have received the endorsements of the Milwaukee Teachers Education Association, Wisconsin Education Association Council, Citizen Action of Wisconsin, and Wisconsin Federation of Nurses & Health Professionals,” said LaTonya Johnson.

“You can learn a lot about a candidate from who their supporters are, and throughout this campaign, I’ve received endorsements from amazing groups of people that care about the lives of workers and their families, from educators who care about the quality of education for all children, and from frontline health workers, who care for everyone in their time of need—these are all people and work that I am humbled by, and I am proud to have the support of those who contribute so much to our city and our state.”

“With our community’s champions in my corner, I know that we will continue to be successful, fighting for economic fairness and for a more prosperous state of Wisconsin,” said LaTonya Johnson.

“On Tuesday, August 9th, I hope to earn your vote as Senator for Wisconsin’s 6th Senate District.”
