Central Standard Craft Distillery Unveils Award-winning Red Cabin Bourbon

Today, Central Standard Craft Distillery Cofounders Evan Hughes and Pat McQuillan are unveiling Red Cabin, a new bourbon* aged to perfection and then finished in California Cabernet wine barrels.

Thanks to the red-wine-barrel-finishing, the new bourbon – which won a Gold Medal at the prestigious Los Angeles International Wine and Spirits competition, delivers a complex-yet-approachable taste. Additionally, Red Cabin’s smooth finish delivers a calming sense of relaxation that makes it the perfect bourbon for happy-hour drinking at the cabin.

“From a business perspective, we want Red Cabin to be the bourbon of choice wherever and whenever people relax and unwind here in the Midwest,” Hughes said. “We’ve spent years perfecting this aging process and can’t wait for folks to finally be able to taste it.”
