Attorney General Josh Kaul Files Lawsuit to Stop Elon Musk from Making Illegal Payments to Wisconsin Voters

MADISON, Wis. – Attorney General Josh Kaul today filed a lawsuit in Dane County Circuit Court to seek a court order to stop Elon Musk from making illegal payments to Wisconsin voters at an event in Wisconsin this weekend.

This matter has been assigned to the Honorable David Conway.
