Amorphic Beer to Host Annual “Pi Day” celebrations!
In a quest to continue living up to the title of “Milwaukee’s most science-y brewery”, Amorphic Beer will host its 3rd annual “Pi Day” Celebration in two parts on March 14th and 16th to celebrate the nerdiest day of the year (the number pi=3.14… for the non math types)!
THURSDAY, MARCH 14th
Starting at 4pm various pies from Honeypie cafe will be available for free to enjoy with your beer, followed at 7pm by a special edition of our Trivia Nerd BINGO game where all questions will be STEM oriented for the day. Free to play and win.
SATURDAY, MARCH 16th
From 2-4pm two engineering challenges will take place at the taproom. Both are free to participate, prizes awarded, and open to all ages.
- Egg Drop – Extreme Edition: Construct a device from provided materials to keep an egg from breaking when dropped off of the roof of the building to the ground!
- Unsinkable Challenge: Build a boat out of provided materials that can hold as much weight as possible without it sinking!
