Milwaukee, (February 5, 2024) – Forbes ADVISOR has ranked Alverno College among the top ten Online Doctorate in Educational Leadership programs in the U.S.

This honor is awarded to exemplary higher education programs, evaluated on student outcomes, affordability, student experience and credibility. Alverno College received high marks for offering three concentration options, flexible learning delivery and a unique “all but dissertation” pathway, providing dissertation support from the first day of class.

“Alverno College is committed to offering doctorate programs that cultivate the future leaders needed in education,” said Christy L. Brown, J.D., president of Alverno College. “Right now, the need for innovative thought leadership has never been greater in education; we are proud to be recognized by Forbes for our efforts and will continue to strive to help students reach their career ambitions, whether that means leadership roles in K–12, higher education or corporate training.”

To produce the top ten list, Forbes reviewed 182 accredited, nonprofit colleges. The team combined 15 data points from education resources such as the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS), private and third-party data sources, and individual school and program websites.
