Ald. Pratt to Host Series of Neighborhood Walks this Spring, Summer
As the weather warms, Alderwoman Andrea M. Pratt is excited to bring back her neighborhood walk series as a way to connect with residents across the 1st District in their backyards and to discuss timely topics including illegal dumping, parking, potholes, and other quality-of-life issues.
“Last year, I hosted nearly a dozen neighborhood walks across the summer season to provide residents an opportunity to address concerns, ask questions, and learn more about valuable city services,” said Ald. Pratt. “If any 1st District neighborhood organization, block club, or community group would like to host a walk in their area this year, I would encourage them to contact my office to get the process started.”
Those interested in scheduling a 1st District neighborhood walk can contact Ald. Pratt’s office by phone at (414) 286-2228, or via email at Andrea.Pratt@milwaukee.gov, to schedule a date. Representatives from various city departments will be in attendance during neighborhood walks to help address any relevant questions or concerns in that neighborhood.
