Above View Inc. Promotes James Ness to Plant Manager

Above View is delighted to announce the promotion of James Ness to Plant Manager. After joining our dynamic team in August 2020, James has embraced lean culture and maintained high quality and safety standards. He will be supporting manufacturing functions with a focus in production. His extensive experience in streamlining the manufacturing process, combined with mechanical and technical skills, is anticipated to anchor future growth.

With 8+ years in manufacturing, from Arctic Cat, Doosan Bobcat, and Steffes, James has demonstrated leadership throughout his entire career. As a Manufacturing Engineer, he planned and implemented numerus strategic objectives. He was responsible for creating a culture

of continuous improvement, mentoring a leadership team, and identifying, then executing upon improvement projects focused on bottleneck. In this new role, he will be serving as a mentor to the Above View team.

James brings a wealth of knowledge with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Dakota and a 6 Sigma Black Belt certification from ASQ. He has a strong background in manufacturing engineering with an emphasis in continuous improvement.
