3rd Annual InspiHER Wellness Summit Scheduled During Women’s History Month

MILWAUKEE, WI – February 1, 2024 – Social X MKE is a consulting firm specializing in enhancing the Millennial and Gen Z Milwaukee experience by curating unique social and professional development experiences. We design tailored experiences that facilitate meaningful engagement between diverse communities, businesses, non-profits and corporations championing success in Greater Milwaukee and the surrounding areas.

We are excited to announce the 3rd Annual InspiHER Wellness summit, slated for Saturday, March 16, 2024 at the Milwaukee Athletic Club. InspiHER Wellness was created to inform and support women of color as they navigate and explore their respective careers and personal aspirations, as well as strengthen their physical, emotional, and mental health.

Tenia Fisher, Director of Health and Wellness, states, “This year’s InspiHER event focuses on the wellness of the whole woman. We really want to show love to the mothers. Our panel discussion, ‘The Balancing Act’ will explore how a group of highly successful women are balancing their lives, relationships, careers, and most importantly, motherhood. For the first time, we will have a two-part session that will dive into trauma and stress. Women will leave this event with organic strategies for healing, trusting your intuition, and developing positive self-talk. We desire to have every woman that attends being completely fulfilled from their experience.”

Women 21 years of age and older are encouraged to attend. Younger ladies are also able to attend with a mentor or parent/guardian.
