WEST ALLIS, Wis. – March 21, 2024 – Wisconsin State Fair Park Foundation officials are proud to announce that the 2024 Fairtastic Grand Champion artwork is truly the cream of the crop. Brookfield artist Jeff Sadowski’s imaginative and creative painting commemorates the 100th anniversary of the Wisconsin State Fair Cream Puff. This piece of art depicts Fairgoers making their way through the grand Wisconsin State Fair entrance carrying beautifully rendered signature Cream Puffs. A panel of three qualified judges selected Sadowski as the 2024 Grand Champion Fairtastic Artist.

Sadowski grew up in Racine and has been known for his fantastic artwork since his early childhood. He spent a portion of his career living and working in California but chose to re-establish his artistry back in Wisconsin. Some of his more recent accomplishments include a Retail Fixture Pop Up Show in Racine, Wisconsin and showcasing multiple pieces in the BRG Gallery in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Sadowski currently continues to work on his fine art and commercial work from his home studio in Brookfield, where he lives with his wife, son, and dog.

The two other 2024 Fairtastic competition finalists include Lauren Marvell of South Milwaukee and Lynette Redner of Delevan.

Commemorative posters and other items featuring Sadowski’s artwork will be available for purchase at the 2024 Wisconsin State Fair. Proceeds of the Fairtastic Poster Competition support the Wisconsin State Fair Park Foundation, an independent 501c3 dedicated to preserving the Fair Park, supporting year-round art and education programs, and enhancing the Fair experience for all visitors.
