The Milwaukee ChopHouse is excited to present a fine wine and dining experience featuring a five-course meal with specially selected wine pairings from the Sokol Blosser vineyard.

Sokol Blosser strives to create wines of world class quality that are produced sustainably, mindful of the environment, and that express the distinctive flavors of Oregon’s hillside vineyards. During the Sokol Blosser wine dinner at the Milwaukee ChopHouse, guests will enjoy a five-course meal.

First Course: Tuna ceviche with faro on avocado carpaccio with spiced popcorn, and Sokol Blosser Rose of Pino Noir

Second Course: Grilled brie cheese with buckwheat honey sabayon, apple compote, and tarragon, and Sokol Blosser Pinot Gris

Third Course: Chateaubriand with horseradish potatoes and a grilled vegetable medley, and Big Tree Block Pinot Noir

Fourth Course: Garlic eggplant roll with pickled cucumber ribbon, avocado, grilled mango and harissa, and Orchard Block Pinot Noir

Fifth Course: Baba au rhum with roasted plum, vanilla bean custard, cherry sorbet, and tapioca, and Evolution Sparkling Wine
