Poetry Reading: Eric Baus & Siwar Masannat

Eric Baus is the author of The Tranquilized Tongue (City Lights, 2014), How I Became a Hum (Octopus, 2019), and three other books of poetry. He is a faculty mentor and assistant director of the Low-Residency Mile High MFA program at Regis University in Denver, Colorado.

Siwar Masannat is Jordanian writer, the author of 50 Water Dreams (Cleveland State University Poetry Center 2015), and a doctoral candidate in English at the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. Siwar’s poetry recently appeared in Colorado Review, poem-a-day, Whiskey Island Magazine, and Resist Much/Obey Little: Inaugural Poems to the Resistance.
