Marquette University Symphony Orchestra: “Mendelssohn’s Ninth”

The Marquette University Symphony Orchestra will perform their annual mid-winter concert at 2 p.m. Sunday, February 18 in the Varsity Theatre, 1326 W. Wisconsin Ave., Milwaukee, WI. This performance is free and open to the public. The symphony, lead by Maestro Erik Janners, will be performing Mendelssohn’s Symphony No. 9 as the main feature for this concert.

The symphony strings will also perform Mozart’s Adagio and Fugue in C Minor, K. 546, as well as Rakastava by Finnish composer Jean Sibelius. For more information contact orchestra@marquette.edu.
