Warehouse 525 is a residential condominium building in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward. The building was converted to condominiums by Joseph Property Development. The building includes 22 residential condos and 5,000 square-feet of retail space. Joseph bought the building in 2005 for $1.25 million from developer Peter Moede.
The building previously housed the offices of Forrer Business Interiors until 1997. After that it also housed Creative Leather & Vinyl Inc. In 1958, the building was home to the American Warehouse Co.
