Wisconsin Soybean Marketing Board Election Results Announced
MADISON, Wis. – The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) has certified the 2026 Wisconsin Soybean Marketing Board election results. Two certified candidates ran for each of the two open board member positions and the election closed August 15, 2026. The following soybean producers began their three-year terms as elected members of the Wisconsin Soybean Marketing Board on September 1, 2026:
District 1: Thomas Perlick, Sarona
Ashland, Barron, Bayfield, Burnett, Chippewa, Clark, Douglas, Iron, Marathon, Portage, Price, Rusk, Sawyer, Taylor, Washburn, and Wood counties.
District 7: Matt Wagenson, Bear Creek
Brown, Calumet, Door, Florence, Forest, Kewaunee, Langlade, Lincoln, Marinette, Menominee, Oconto, Oneida, Outagamie, Shawano, Vilas and Waupaca counties.

The Wisconsin Soybean Marketing Board is composed of soybean producers in seven districts across the state. The board oversees the collection and use of about $2.4 million in assessment fees paid by Wisconsin soybean producers.
