Puerto Rican Festival of Wisconsin 2026 Returns to Henry Maier Festival Park to Kick Off Hispanic Heritage Month
MILWAUKEE, WI — The Puerto Rican Festival of Wisconsin returns to Henry Maier Festival Park on Saturday, September 12, 2026, for a full day of Puerto Rican music, food, culture, and family entertainment.
Taking place as Hispanic Heritage Month begins, the festival will celebrate Puerto Rican pride while welcoming families and visitors from across Wisconsin and the Midwest.
This year’s musical lineup is headlined by legendary merengue group Oro Sólido and also features rising Puerto Rican salsa group BLB, reggaeton legend Sir Speedy, and more performers to be announced.
Guests can also enjoy Puerto Rican food vendors and food trucks, cultural performances, bomba y plena workshops, a Taíno history exhibit, local vendors, community activations, and activities for the entire family.
“The festival is about bringing Puerto Rico to Milwaukee and creating a space where our music, food, history, and traditions can be celebrated together,” said festival founder Yussef Morales.
Founded in 2013, the Puerto Rican Festival of Wisconsin has grown into one of the Midwest’s major Puerto Rican cultural celebrations.
