WisGOP Calls on WEC to Investigate Green Bay Duplicate Ballots
MADISON, Wis. — For the SECOND time this year, the Green Bay City Clerk has mailed duplicate ballots to voters ahead of the August primary, despite prior assurances it would not happen again.
This follows WisGOP’s formal complaint to the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) demanding an investigation into the initial errors and stronger safeguards for election integrity. Both Clerk Jeffrey’s and WEC have failed to ensure the security of our elections.
“Green Bay voters deserve reliable elections, not repeated failures that undermine trust,” stated WisGOP Communications Director Anika Rickard. “WEC must hold the clerk accountable, investigate, and ensure these issues are fixed before November. One voter, one ballot. Wisconsin law demands nothing less.”
The Republican Party of Wisconsin continues pushing for full transparency and corrective action to protect the integrity of every election.
