ICAP Development Breaks Ground on New Children’s Wisconsin Clinic in Franklin

FRANKLIN, Wis. – April 2026ICAP Development LLC has broken ground on a new Children’s Wisconsin Franklin Clinic, at 51st Street and Rawson Avenue in Franklin, Wisconsin. The state-of-the-art 25,500 square-foot building will help expand access to pediatric care and therapy services for even more kids and families in the community.

According to Children’s Wisconsin, Franklin Pediatrics will relocate to the new facility from its current location at 76th Street and Rawson Avenue.

“This groundbreaking represents an important milestone for both the project team and the Franklin community,” said Brian Adamson, Managing Principal of ICAP Development LLC. “We are proud to partner with Children’s Wisconsin to build a facility that supports Children’s Wisconsin’s long-term vision for serving families in this region.”

Site work and construction began on April 13, and the project is expected to be completed in early 2027. This is ICAP Development’s second development project with Children’s Wisconsin.
