From Tulips to Bumblebees, the New Show Dome Exhibit Celebrates Wisconsin Pollinators
Milwaukee, WI – As a newly appointed Bee Ambassador, you’ll journey through the Show Dome from April 4th – May 25th, to meet the endangered Rusty Patched Bumblebee and other native Wisconsin bees. Discover the vital role these pollinators play in giving life to our gardens and ecosystems in a floral backdrop of hydrangeas, tulips, daffodils, and lilies. Deepen your understanding of how to help these essential creatures thrive in your own backyard. Step into their world and find that you’ve “pollen” in love with bees!

- Saturday, Sunday, and Major Holidays: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

April 14: As part of 414 Day festivities, Mitchell Park Domes invites the community to enjoy $4.14 admission all day and extended hours from 5:00–8:00 p.m. The celebration will feature live music by Latin Sound System, concessions available for purchase presented by Zilli Hospitality, and free 414-exclusive stickers available from 5:00–8:00 p.m. while supplies last. Hours are 9am to 8pm, with last admission at 7:30. All entertainment is included in the 414 price.
April 25 & 26: Art in the Green. Milwaukee Domes Alliance presents one of Milwaukee’s most popular art festivals, with two days of art, food, and fun under glass. More than two dozen local and regional artists show and sell their jewelry, ceramics, paintings, and woodwork. The festival includes food vendors and live music throughout the Domes. Hours both days are 9am to 4pm. Milwaukeedomes.org
May 10: Mother’s Day at the Domes is a Milwaukee Tradition. Honor your mom by bringing her to Milwaukee’s indoor gardens. The first 100 mothers to visit the Gift Shop will receive a free flower, courtesy of Milwaukee Domes Alliance. Free limited-edition stickers to the first 200 moms. Hours are 9am to 4pm, with last admission at 3:00.
Note: Last admission is one hour before closing. Tickets are available at the Mitchell Park Domes fee booth. Admission includes access to all three Domes, allowing a full day of exploration and discovery.
