Milwaukee Police Seek Suspect in Hit-and-Run: Pedestrian Critically Injured

Milwaukee Police are investigating a crash that occurred on December 1, 2025, at approximately 8:40 p.m., on the 1200 block of N. Van Buren Street. A driver of a vehicle struck a pedestrian that exited their vehicle and fled the scene. The 26-year-old pedestrian was transported to a hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries. Milwaukee Police continue to seek an unknown driver and vehicle.
