EUA Celebrates Aaron Bock as Director of Engineering

Milwaukee, 1/12/2026 — EUA, an integrated architecture, design and engineering firm, is excited to announce the promotion of Aaron Bock to director of engineering. As an experienced senior plumbing engineer at EUA, Aaron has nearly two decades of experience and will play a key role in growing and integrating our engineering teams across markets, while continuing to support clients and projects directly.

“Aaron’s new role reflects EUA’s commitment to innovation and collaboration,” said Kristin Dufek, CEO and president. “His leadership will strengthen our engineering team and help us deliver even greater value to our clients. Aaron is a licensed professional engineer in multiple states and holds accreditations in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and evidence-based design (EDAC). He earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Mechanics and Astronautics and a Technical Communication Certificate from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Aaron is also a regular contributor to Plumbing Engineer Magazine.

Former director of engineering, Matt Marek, transitioned recently to EUA’s advanced manufacturing + industrial market leader. Matt will support Aaron during this leadership transition.
