Congressman Derrick Van Orden Endorses Former Lancaster Mayor David Varnam for Lieutenant Governor of Wisconsin

Lancaster, WI (December 1, 2025) – Today, Congressman Derrick Van Orden (WI-03) formally endorsed David Varnam for Lieutenant Governor of Wisconsin.

“From skyrocketing costs to failing to protect our children in classrooms, the legacy Sara Rodriguez leaves behind is damning. David Varnam has spent his life doing what’s best for families in Grant County by standing against new and increased taxes, supporting local law enforcement, and putting parents and kids first. I am proud to endorse his campaign to bring western Wisconsin values to Madison, and I know David will be a great Lieutenant Governor for our state,” said Congressman Derrick Van Orden.

Congressman Derrick Van Orden is a retired Navy SEAL who serves Wisconsin’s Third Congressional District.
