The Café Hollander Otto Wenz Downer Classic bike race presented by ISCorp, is set and ready to roll!

Historic Downer Avenue will once again be host to one of the largest cycling event in the country, Kwik Trip Tour of America’s Dairyland. On day 9 of the 11-day tour, Downer Avenue will welcome 500 cyclists from around the country and abroad as they compete for prizes and primes, which reach speeds up to 35 mph!

Back for the second year, the Café Hollander Otto Wenz Downer Classic will include a 1-mile running race, the Dairyland Mile hosted by Infinity Running. During the community hour, the Kid’s Roll will also play a part in the entertainment for the day with a decoration station, sponsored by Little Sprouts Play Café – don’t forget your helmets!  To reward the participants, Breadsmith will be providing cookies to celebrate.

Café Hollander will keep the momentum going with food and drinks on Hackett Avenue.  The Classic promises an electric energy that will be shared across all racing categories. Tight turns and a big party at the finish makes the Downer Classic the perfect summer event for racers and spectators alike!
