Brewers Community Foundation Hosts Famous Racing Sausages 27th Annual Run/Walk on Saturday, July 19

Offers Fans a Special Experience to Run the Warning Track at American Family Field

MILWAUKEE –Brewers Community Foundation (BCF) will host its 27th annual Famous Racing Sausages Run/Walk on Saturday, July 19, at 8 a.m., offering a 5K and 10K route, along with a virtual option. Fans will also receive a special opportunity to run the warning track at American Family Field alongside the Famous Racing Sausages®. Registration is now open and benefits BCF, Fisher House Wisconsin and the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center.

Participants have the option to take on a 3.1-mile or 6.2-mile course alongside the Famous Racing Sausages® and have the special opportunity to run on the warning track at American Family Field. The starting line will be located on Fredrick Miller Way, adjacent to American Family Field’s Tailgate Haus and the Gantner lot. Participants may also elect to run the event virtually where they are welcome to run/walk their own course and upload results. Limited walk-up registrations will be made available during the final packet pick-up on the morning of Saturday, July 19 between 6:15 a.m. – 7:30 a.m.

A commemorative Famous Racing Sausages t-shirt and voucher valid for a Terrace Reserved ticket to a select 2025 Brewers regular-season home game are included in the registration fee. Participants can also opt to pay an additional $10 for an Official Famous Racing Sausages Finisher Medal. Complimentary food and beverage will be served at a tailgate party following the event.

June 1 – June 30 $42 per person
July 1 – July 12 $45 per person
July 13 – 19 $48 per person

10K
April 18 – April 30 $40 per person
May 1 – May 31 $43 per person
June 1 – June 30 $47 per person
July 1 – July 12 $50 per person
July 13 – 19 $53 per person

Virtual
April 18 – April 30 $35 per person
May 1 – May 31 $38 per person

Wednesday, July 16 from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.

The Brewers Community Foundation Leadership Council members are presenting sponsors of the 5K and 10K Famous Racing Sausages Run/Walk. The Leadership Council includes American Family Insurance, Aurora Health Care®, Baker Tilly, Delta Dental of Wisconsin, Johnson Controls, Lubar & Co., Molson Coors, Milwaukee Admirals, Northwestern Mutual, Potawatomi Casino Hotel, We Energies Foundation and Wintrust/Town Bank.

At the time of registration, fans are asked to set up a fundraising page and/or make a one-time contribution to support Fisher House Wisconsin or the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center which provides a home away from home for veterans’ and military families while their loved one receive care at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee. BCF has contributed more than $395,000 to Fisher House Wisconsin since its inception.

BCF harnesses the pride, passion and commitment of Brewers fans, players and other supporters to positively impact the lives of children and their families in the Greater Milwaukee area and throughout Wisconsin.
