Brewers Prospect Cooper Pratt Named to the All-Star Futures Game
Pratt Currently Holds the Longest Active On-Base Streak in Minor League Baseball
MILWAUKEE – Milwaukee Brewers shortstop prospect Cooper Pratt has been selected to the National League roster for the 2024 All-Star Futures Game as announced today by Major League Baseball.
Pratt, 19, is batting .313 (66-for-211) with 9 doubles, 2 triples, 2 HR, 31 RBI, 34 runs, 19 stolen bases and a .411 on-base percentage in 59 games for Class-A Carolina this season. He made his professional debut with the Rookie ACL Brewers in 2023, batting .356 (16-for-45) with 8 RBI in 12 games.
Pratt currently holds the longest active on-base streak in Minor League Baseball at 35 games. Over the run, he is batting .362 (47-for-130) with 7 doubles, 1 HR, 17 RBI, 23 runs, 11 stolen bases and a .430 on-base percentage.
Selected in the sixth round of the 2023 First-Year Player Draft out of Magnolia Heights High School in Mississippi, Pratt is ranked as Milwaukee’s No. 4 prospect and as the No. 96 prospect in baseball by MLB Pipeline.
