Brewers Community Foundation Provides Free Admission to America’s Black Holocaust Museum in Honor of Founder’s Day, Feb. 25
MILWAUKEE – Brewers Community Foundation (BCF), the charitable arm of the Milwaukee Brewers, in partnership with America’s Black Holocaust Museum (ABHM) announced today that in honor of founder Dr. James Cameron, Brewers Community Foundation will provide free admission to the museum on Founder’s Day, Sunday, Feb. 25.
America’s Black Holocaust Museum was founded in Milwaukee by Dr. James Cameron in 1988, a man who dedicated his life to promoting civil rights, racial unity and equality. Over the past three decades the museum has seen a closure, reopening, and today, continued growth in a new space that debuted in 2022.
“We are honored to help America’s Black Holocaust Museum celebrate its founding during Black History Month,” said BCF Executive Director Cecelia Gore. “The opportunity to provide complimentary admission on Founder’s Day and further support their membership drive will help community members experience the museum and learn more about Black Heritage here in Milwaukee, and across the country.”
