MILWAUKEE, WI — Rep Evan Goyke today announced that he had raised $41k in the last six months and now has $91,000 headed into the last three months of the election. This impressive amount for a challenger candidate showcases the momentum and enthusiasm for his candidacy and the deep unpopularity of the incumbent City Attorney.

“This solid fundraising is a clear indicator of the trust and belief the people of Milwaukee have in our vision for the future of the City Attorney’s office,” said Rep. Goyke. “Our campaign is about ensuring justice, equity, and progress for all Milwaukeeans, and I am humbled by the overwhelming support we have received.”

As the April general election approaches, Rep. Goyke’s campaign is in a strong financial position and will enable his campaign to effectively communicate its message to voters across the city and to engage with the community on critical issues facing Milwaukee.

“Our focus remains on addressing the challenges our city faces – from tackling crime to reestablishing trust and enhancing transparency in the City Attorney’s office. The support we have garnered allows us to bring our message of positive change to every corner of Milwaukee,” added Goyke.

The Goyke campaign has been marked by a commitment to grassroots engagement and a dedication to addressing the needs and concerns of all Milwaukee residents. The financial support received reflects a broad base of contributors, demonstrating the campaign’s appeal across a diverse cross-section of the city.

“As we move closer to the election, we are energized and more committed than ever to fight for a safer, more just, and thriving Milwaukee,” concluded Rep. Goyke.

The general election for Milwaukee City Attorney will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2024. More information about Evan Goyke can be found on the web at GoykeForMKE.
