Sprecher Brewing Beers Win Eight Awards from The Tasting Alliance

Glendale, Wis. – Sprecher Brewing, Milwaukee’s original craft brewery, in operation since 1985, announced today that they have won eight awards including a double gold, gold and six silver medals from the 2023 Tasting Alliance Beer Competition.

Awards include a Double Gold Medal for Sprecher’s XII DRAGONS; a Gold Medal for Sprecher Framboise Raspberry Lambic Ale; and Silver Medals for Sprecher Hefe Weiss; Sprecher Vienna Style Special Amber; Sprecher Original Lager; Sprecher Black Bavarian; Sprecher Doppelbock and Sprecher Abbey Trippel.

“These eight awards mean the world to us because we entered eight beers and all received awards,” said Sharad Chadha, Sprecher Brewing’s CEO. “This is noteworthy for us because lately the focus on our company this past year has been on our rapidly expanding soda division but it points out that our beers are just as amazing!”
