Suspect Criminally Charged in Connection to a Homicide
MILWAUKEE, WI – On Friday, May 26, 2023, the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office issued criminal charges against Lazarus L. McAdoo in connection to the homicide of 13-year-old Jamarri Paige that occurred on Sunday, February 19, 2023, on the 4100 block of N. 47th Street.
McAdoo was charged with one count of First Degree Reckless Homicide, as a Party to a Crime, Use of a Dangerous Weapon. If convicted, he could face up to 65 years in prison. MPD officers arrested McAdoo on Saturday, May 27, 2023, without incident.
The Milwaukee Police Department (MPD) is proud of all the hard work of everyone involved in arresting and bringing charges against McAdoo. His arrest brings us one step closer in delivering justice for Jamarri.
