Solving hunger is about so much more than canned goods and food drives. Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin is dedicated to affecting systemic change, and collaborating with partners who are also driven to make a difference in our local communities.

This year we are celebrating those partnerships and innovative programs with our 17th annual Grateful Plate event on Tuesday, May 23, at our Milwaukee campus warehouse. We are honored to have Ambassador Ertharin Cousin – the former Director of the United Nations World Food Programme – giving the keynote presentation for the event. Cousin is a believer in community, and that our collective strengths will fight hunger more effectively than any ‘one-size-fits-all’ tactic to fighting hunger.
