‘How to be an Involved Citizen’ presented May 10 by League of Women Voters at United Methodist Church of Whitefish Bay

• Identify how to advocate for ideas or beliefs
• Explore options for taking action
• Learn how to engage with elected officials and policymakers
• Review the legislative process
• Discover ways to track legislation or proposals at local, state and national levels
The League of Women Voters was founded in 1920 and is a nonpartisan, grassroots, nonprofit group dedicated to empowering everyone to fully participate in the democratic process.
