The sampling includes – as one would expect – bratwurst, hot dog, chorizo, Italian and Polish; topped with bacon beer kraut, sauteed onions and peppers, chipotle ketchup and Giardiniera aioli. And what’s more Wisconsin than the Brandy old-fashioned sundae with vanilla ice cream, brandy cherry sauce, bitters and brûléed orange.
Daily specials include:
- Happy Hour Wednesday-Sunday 3-6 p.m.
- Wednesday – half price bone in or boneless wings with choice of sauce
- Thursday – $3 tacos with Trivia starting at 7 p.m.
- Friday – $20 bottomless fish fry with live music from 6-9 p.m.
- Each Saturday a new three course prix-fixe menu will be featured; and Sunday night will offer a three course prix-fixe family style menu.
Further, Friday, Nov. 13 the restaurant will host the Southern Flare Terrapin Dinner, a four-course meal paired with Terrapin Craft beer, chosen specifically to complement the flavors of each dish.
