Suspect criminally charged in connection to shots fired incident involving a Milwaukee Police Department Officer
On Thursday, December 3, 2020, the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office issued criminal charges against Nathanial J. Lewek in connection to a shots fired incident involving a Milwaukee Police Department Officer that occurred on Saturday, November 28, 2020, at approximately 6:10 p.m., on the 4000 block of W. Center Street.
Lewek was charged with one count of First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, one count of Flee or Elude an Officer, one count of Drive or Operate a Vehicle without Owner’s Consent, one count of Obstructing an Officer and one count of Second Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety-Use of a Dangerous Weapon. If convicted he could face up to 35 years, 3 months in prison and he may be fined up to $80,000.
