Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley Names Brandon Weathersby as New Director of Communications
MILWAUKEE, WI – Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley announced today that Brandon Weathersby will join Milwaukee County as the new Director of Communications. In his new role, Weathersby will assist Crowley share his vision of building bridges with stakeholders throughout the community to make Milwaukee County stronger than ever before.
“County Executive Crowley has a strong vision for the future of Milwaukee County, and it is an honor to join his office and serve my hometown community,” said Weathersby. A Milwaukee native, Weathersby joins Milwaukee County after previously serving as Wisconsin Press Secretary for Mike Bloomberg’s Presidential campaign. Prior to the Bloomberg Campaign, Weathersby served as Communications Specialist for Senator Jennifer Shilling and Communications Director for the Democratic Party of Wisconsin.
“Brandon brings years of communications experience and expertise that will help us deliver our message of creating healthy communities and transforming Milwaukee County into the healthiest county in the state,’ said County Executive Crowley on Friday. “We’re thrilled to be building a strong team to continue to move Milwaukee County forward.”
